Garry & Elizabeth are a husband and wife duo who are childhood sweethearts. They have been married for almost 3 decades and together they have complimented each other with their unique talents and skills. Although they are two very different people they both have the most important things in common. They both strive for perfection and enjoy high quality services. After realizing how difficult it can be to really find quality services that strive to achieve high standards they decided to go into business together. With Elizabeth’s office operations and management skills and Garry’s extensive maintenance knowledge they created a professional company that provides services to people with high standards and gives their customers the ”Standard of Excellence“ experience. They are professional hard workers and believe in the family unit and treating everyone as such. Together over the years they have been able to create some beautiful spaces with Garry’s carpentry and handyman skills and Elizabeth‘s style and unique eye for design.
Garry has over 29 years of building maintenance experience, specializing in HVAC, Control Systems and has complete hands on knowledge of all Handyman trades. Originally born and raised in Brooklyn, NY he attended a Trade School in New York City and started his career working for the New York City Public Schools as a Building Engineer. As his career progressed he earned various certifications and graduated from the Local 74 Union Trade School with his EPA Universal certification and multiple licenses.
He is a true tradesmen that can be versatile in all areas to include: Boilers, Carpentry, Electrical, Professional Painting, Locksmith, Sprinkler Systems, Tracer Summit, HVAC, HVAC Controls and Plumbing to name a few.
In addition Garry also holds the following licenses and certifications: P99 Control PS1 Oil Burner, G-35 Air Compressor Operator, F-90 Control Maintenance Superintendent, F-93 Fire Guard at Construction Sites, Fire Safety, CFC Universal License, F-30 Fire Guard for Torch OPERATORS, Tracer Summit Certificate, F-94 Certificate of Fitness (Public Assembly), Standpipe Systems W/Gravity Tanks, W-12 City Wide Sprinklers System and Sprinkler Systems W/Gravity Tanks.
Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience within the professional services and financial services markets. She has had successful engagements to include scalable recruiting and resource management strategies, organizational transformations and performance management implementations. Originally born and raised in Brooklyn, NY she ventured off to the city early on where she went to school and majored in Interior Design and Decor. Over the years Elizabeth ventured into business and began developing her career in Business Management, Operations and Human Resources.
As a motivated result oriented and performance driven Global Human Resource Leader she has been known to foster and build teams that are committed to the organizations goals. Through her personable and collaborative style, she understands the essentials of leadership and what it takes to inspire and motivate a workforce to get the job done. Elizabeth has also been able to use her Interior Decorating skills to help successfully create and design homes and offices in the United States and Globally. Some of her key areas of experience and expertise include: Business Operations & HR Transformations, HR & Talent Management Strategy & Initiatives, Process Design & Implementation, Technology Implementations and Change Management & Interior Office Design & Decor.
